Frederick Upshaw

Fredrick Upshaw, Jr., age 61 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on October 21, 2020 at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on March 7, 1959. He was the son of Edna (Newman) and Fredrick Upshaw Sr. He worked as a Ranch hand. He attended Rice Elementary School, Peridot Lutheran, East Fork and Globe High School. He always worked on Ranches, the Ash Creek Cattle Association and the Griffin Ranches. He enjoyed being outdoors and shoeing horses along with spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Edna and Frederick Upshaw Sr. his wife Artenia (Clark) Upshaw, his sister Janice Macey and his brother Homer Upshaw. Frederick is survived by his daughters Marvalla Upshaw of San Carlos, Sherry Noline of Peridot, His siblings Rosalita Noline of Peridot, Brenda Rodriquez of Phoenix, Marylita of Phoenix, Patsy Steele of Peridot, Buffy Upshaw of Peridot, Leslie Upshaw of San Carlos, Victor Upshaw of San Carlos, Irma Upshaw of Peridot and four grandchildren. Visitation will be on Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 8:00 – 10:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Arizona. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 A.M. in Lower Peridot-Six Mile Cemetery.
