William "Bill" Marshall

William “BILL” Robert Marshall, 74, of Globe, Arizona passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, Arizona. Born December 14, 1947 to parents Robert Marshall and Francis Martin.

William started his career working Salt River Project (SRP) as a lineman and later relocated to Arizona Public Service (APS) where he started as a lineman, then was promoted to Construction Supervisor which prepared him to become the District Manager of the Globe/Miami area. He enjoyed listening to music, watching classic western movies and anything outdoors, especially hunting, camping, and welding. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. William proudly served his country in the United States Army and was discharged in November 1968.

Preceded in death by his father, Robert Franklin Marshall; mother, Francis Marie Martin; son, Brian Marshall.

Those left to cherish his memory include; son, Sherman Marshall and wife Rebecca of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Monica Hall of Maricopa, AZ; sister, Angie Overman of Cody, WY; lifelong companion, Phyllis McMichael of Globe, AZ; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at later date.
