Travis Larry Polk

Travis Larry Polk, age 38, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 in Ft. Thomas, AZ. Born December 9, 1983 in San Carlos, AZ, to Larry Polk, Sr., and Karen Chatlin.

Travis worked as a laborer in the construction industry. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his daughters. He loved cooking breakfast for his family.

Preceded in death by his parents; Larry Polk Sr. and Karen Chatlin, son, Trevor Polk, and brother, Gary Sanchez.

Survived by; his children, Gracelyn Polk Jones and husband Mike of Peridot, AZ, Jordan Polk, Taylor Polk, and Josyia Pike of Bylas, AZ.; siblings, Mark Sanchez and Leslie Nash both of San Carlos, AZ, Waylon Hinton of Tucson, AZ, Larrienitta Polk of Cibecue, AZ, and Sunnie Hanna of Phoenix, AZ, also survived by 2 grandchildren.

Visitation was held Sunday, January 16, 2022 from 12 – 1 PM at Burdette Hall in San Carlos, AZ.

Funeral services were held Sunday, January 16, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Burdette Hall in San Carlos, AZ.

Internment followed at Holy Ground Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ.
