Stella Amado

Stella A (Lawson) Amado joined the family angels and our Lord on May 16th 2020 in Miami, Az. She was surrounded by her loved ones during her spiritual transition. She is predeceased by her husband Ernest “Neto” Amado (2018), grandson Mark-Anthony (2017) half-sisters Peggy, Bea and daughter Pamela. She is survived by her son Mark, daughter Kimberly and stepson Bernie. Stella was born in a small county in Sutherland, Nebraska on September 7th 1946. She was married to her beloved husband for 46 years, where they raised their children and she immerse herself into her community. She retired an office clerk for Matlock, was an active member on the election committee, and the treasurer for Sovereign Grace Baptist Church for over 25 years. She was a devout Christian who enjoyed her faith. She loved lunch dates with friends, playing cards, and spending time with her family. She was blessed with a great family including six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and to her the world’s best dog daughter Roxy. She was a kind gracious woman who touched many lives and will be deeply missed. VISITATION: FRIDAY, MAY 22 - 4:00 - 6:00PM, LAMONT MORTUARY CHAPEL.
