Ruth M. Lopez

Ruth Matron Lopez, age 94, passed away peacefully at her home in Globe, Arizona on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

She was born on February 19, 1927, in Los Angeles California.

The daughter of Alejandro and Ventura Matron. Ruth worked as a silversmith and did housekeeping. Ruth enjoyed cooking, sewing and crafts. She loved outdoors. Ruth loved dancing and singing.

Ruth has 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 12 great great-grandchildren. Ruth was a devoted mother to her family, she is preceded in death by four of her grandchildren; Angela Flores, Danny Flores, Karissa Barcon and Darryn Dugan. Ruth is survived by her four children: Angie Evertt, Mellie Marin (Al), Michael Lopez and Charlene Robles.

Memorial services will be held on Friday October 1, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Arizona.
