Russell Dean Wright

Russell Dean Wright, age 75, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on November 29, 2023, at his residence in Mesa. He was born in Miami, Arizona on April 23rd, 1948, to Eugene Wright and Lela Layton. He worked as a truckdriver and as a Sherrif Deputy for the Gila County Search and Rescue Squad. Russell proudly served our country in the Army as well. Russell is survived by his children Mary (Wright) Lewis, Rhonda Wright, Crystal Kelley, and Ricky Wright. Friend of many years, Jane Ruddell. Siblings Donna Ruehl and Karen (Eddie) Trojanowski. He is preceded in death by his daughter Melanie (Wright) Greene and brother-in-law Dave Ruehl. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 1st, 2024, at the Globe Cemetery.
