She was born in San Carlos, Arizona on January 25, 1945, to Tyrus Allen, Sr. and Emma Francis.
She worked as an accountant.
Ruby is preceded in death by her parents Tyrus and Emma Allen, her daughter Karol Early and her siblings Salita Sabori, Peter Allen and Tyrus Allen, Jr.
She is survived by her children Tao Etpison, Consuela Allen and Harold Allen.
