Roberta Hoffman

Roberta A. “Moe-Tis” Hoffman, age 61 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on September 29, 2019                              at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born in San Carlos, Arizona on August 2, 1958. She was the daughter of Rosaria (Newman) and Chester Martin Sr. She worked as a Parent Aid for the Tribal Child Protective Service. She attended school at Rice Elementary School, Ft. Apache Junior High and Phoenix Indian High Schools and S.I.P.I. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a licensed CNA. She enjoyed spending time with her Grandchildren and friends and going to the Casino, scrapbooking and walking the new sidewalk on Frontline Freeway.   She was preceded in death by her parents Rosarita and Chester Martin Sr., her husband Barry Hoffman and her son Bryan Hoffman. She is survived by her children Muriel Hoffman, Cynthia Hoffman, Verdell Hoffman, Gabriel Martin, Heather Haozous (Harding) all of San Carlos, her siblings Debra Martin, Mary Bahlen, Lori Cosen, Anthony Martin Sr., Barry Martin, Fenton Martin, Chester Martin Jr., 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Wake will be on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Muriel Hoffman’s residence. Funeral Services will be on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Gilson Wash Activity Center. Interment will be in San Carlos-Mormon Hill cemetery.
