Richard Robertson

Richard Armand Robertson 86, of Globe Arizona, passed away on September 3rd, 2018 at Haven Healthcare, Globe Arizona surrounded by his wife, son and daughter. He was born on October 12th, 1931 in San Diego, California.  He is the son of Jesse Jewell (Tomlinson) and George Leland Robertson. He worked as a tank operator at Miami Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company and retired after 25 years of employment.  He enjoyed watching his beloved Diamondback’s and cooking He served his country proudly in the United States Army for 30 years with combined active service and in the National Guard.  He is preceded in death by his parents Jessie and George Robertson and is survived by his wife Gloria Robertson, son Paul Robertson of San Francisco, California, daughter Gloria Jean “Jeannie” Robertson of Mesa, Arizona, his sister Pat Brown of Oregon, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.   Visitation will be on Sunday September 16th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel with funeral services immediately after. The internment will follow at the Globe Cemetery at the conclusion of the services. with military honors.
