Richard "Rick" Owens

Richard (Rick) Joseph Owens, 47, passed on October 2, 2021. Rick was raised in Globe and graduated from Globe High School class of 1992. Rick made a career out of mining working here locally as well as throughout the United States.

Ricks hobbies involved hunting, fishing, cooking for his family and friends, ranger rides in the woods and anything having to do with the outdoors. Rick had a deep love for his family and is survived by his beloved wife and best friend Carrie, daughter Ashley Jones (Rodney), sons Ricky Joe, Brandon Twohey, Cody Griffin, Nickolaus Brewer, Ricky Owens and nine grandchildren.

His mother Marguerite Elledge (Larry) and was recently united with his biological father Daniel Davis (Jerry). His sisters, Stacy Fasske (Eric), Stephanie Gillum (Brandon), Heather Sebring, Samantha Elledge-York (Steve). His brothers, Rodney Davis, Kyle Landreneau (Rena), Brandon Landreneau (Stephanie).

He is preceded in death by his father Duane Owens.

Rick will be missed by all who had the privilege to know and love him and his faithful four-legged friend Jax Teller.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Arizona.
