REX JEROME COMANCHE, JR. age 44, of Globe, Arizona passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico on November 8, 1977. He was the son of Sadie P. (Lester) and Rex Jerome Comanche, Sr. Rex graduated from Ruidoso High School in 1996. In 2001 he received his Bachelors in Experimental Psychology from Northern Arizona University and then later earned a degree from ITT- Tech in computer electronics. He was a very talented athlete and received offers to play football at the college level. Rex had many interest including science, history, mathematics, politics, science fiction and the universe. The New Orleans Saints was his favorite football team, however the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Suns, and Notre Dame Irish was also on his list of favorites. Some of his most enjoyable past times would include exercising, hiking traveling and reading. He worked as a grant writer for the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Rex is survived by his parents Sadie and Rex Jerome Comanche, Sr. of Mescalero, New, Mexico, his wife Karla (Cassa) Comanche of San Carlos, his son, Kyren Liam of Globe, Arizona and his sister Joellyn Magoosh of Mescalero, New Mexico. Rex had an amazing soul with limitless possibilities and a true intellectual. He had an electric smile and a sense of humor like no other. He will never be forgotten by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 7:30 A.M. at St. Charles Catholic Church in San Carlos, Arizona. Rosary will follow at 9:30 A.M. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 A.M. at St. Charles Catholic Church Interment will follow in Lower Peridot/Six Mile Cemetery.
