Reta Avis Madrid

Reta Avis Madrid of Globe, Arizona passed away on May 19th, 2024, at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, Arizona. She was born on August 10th, 1936, in Jasper, Tennessee to John and Ethel (Woodard) Graham.

Reta worked as a house cleaner, cashier at a grocery store in Florence, Arizona and she was also a cook at the drug store in Superior, Arizona. Reta was the co-owner of “Hamburger King” that was in Superior, Arizona.

One of Reta’s hobbies was gardening. She enjoyed planting and being in her yard. Visting with her sisters and relatives in Tennessee. She also loved spending time with her dog “Mild.”

She is preceded in death by her parents John and Ethel Graham, brother John, and sisters Georgia, Mary, Wilma and Peggy.

She is survived by her children John and Dennis (Gina) Wiley on Globe, Arizona.
