Ramona M. Smith

Ramona Maria Smith, age 82 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at her residence in San Carlos. She was born in San Carlos, Arizona on February 16, 1938. She was the daughter of Grace Mahsill and Eugene Case. She was a homemaker Ramona attended Rice Elementary School and St. John’s Parochial High School. She worked as a cosmetologist when she was young. She loved to travel and traveled a lot. She enjoyed doing beadwork, spending time with her family and attending sunrise dances. She was preceded in death by her parents Grace (Mahsill) and Eugene Case and her husband Cecil Harvey Smith. She is survived by her children Donavan Case (Elva) of Peridot, Lucius Smith of San Carlos, Timothy Smith of San Carlos, her brother Quinton Case Sr. of San Carlos, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Visitation will be on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 Noon at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Arizona. Services will follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment of ashes will be in Pee-Posh Cemetery in Laveen, Arizona at a later date.
