Ramon Ramirez, known by his friends as “Jumbo”, the greatest man, greatest father, greatest friend. He was a family man, loved camping, shooting, fishing, the outdoors. He worked many years until retirement for company Miami Inspiration (Rod Plant), now known as Freeport McMoran as a lead tech. He was a huge family man, worked very hard to ensure that we, his children, his family lacked nothing, but taught us respect and appreciation of all things. Every summer family vacations. He loved his Cedillos. He was born in Cedillos, Mexico. He loved his mother, Julia Ramirez.
Ramon Ramirez, 78, of Miami Arizona, passed away on December 17, 2024. He was born March 04, 1946, in Cedillos, Mexico, the son of Julia Ramirez. He loved his family dearly, his friends and his grandchildren.
Ramon Ramirez is preceded in death by his grandparents Don Juan and Refugio (Cuca) Ramirez, his mother Julia Ramirez, his uncle's José (Pepe) Ramirez, Guadalupe Ramirez and his niece Ofelia (Ofi) Lugo.
Ramon is survived by his wife Yolanda Ramirez, his son Daniel Ramirez, his daughter Araceli Ramirez, his grandchildren Lawrence A. Ramirez (Tony), Jesse (Ramirez) Phillips, two sisters Lorenza (Lencha) Nichols, Estela Gomez, nieces Thelma Romero, Nadia Gomez, Alysa Gomez, nephews Alex Nichols, Astolfito Gomez, nephew and Adrian Lugo, 7 great nieces and 3 nephews.
