Phyllis A. Higginbotham

Phyllis A Higginbotham On February 18th 2020 Phyllis died unexpectedly at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 20th 1944 in West Virginia and moved to the Globe-Miami area with her husband Buck in April 1974. She graduated from Poca High School in 1962 in West Virginia. While in the Globe- Miami area she worked at the Miami school district and was an assistant manager at Wash and Fluff laundry facility in Globe. Phyllis is survived by her husband Buck Higginbotham and 3 daughters Tandra Higginbotham and her fiance Ron Simmons, Dedra Besse and her husband Glenn Besse, Joy Higginbotham and her fiance Wade Dunning. She also had 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandkids. Phyllis also had many nieces and nephews in the area. Phyllis was a very strong and independent woman. She was always willing to help anyone who needed it. She was the driving force of her family. She was well known for the cooking and baking that she has done. She will missed dearly by all who got to know her. A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday March 1st 2020 at The Elks club at 1pm in Globe.
