Phil Dibble

Phil L. Dibble, 83, passed away on January 14, 2021. He was born in Pueblo, CO on November 1, 1937. He graduated from Centennial High School in Pueblo, CO in 1954. At the young age of 17, Phil enlisted in the US Navy with the written permission of his parents, George and Loretta Dibble. Phil was a pilot in the Navy from 1954-1976. He then served in the Navy Reserves until 1982. In 1982, Phil went on to start a new career as a Heavy Equipment Operator with the Bureau of Reclamation in Socorro, NM. Phil is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Rita (Garcia) Dibble, two daughters; Kittie Langford of Mesa, AZ, Julie Taylor (Keith) of Globe, AZ, his son; Charlie Zamora (Stacey) of Globe, AZ, 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Phil was an AMAZING husband, father and “Papa.” He will be missed by so many! Services are pending.
