Perry Polk

Perry Polk, age 82 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Haven of Globe Nursing Home. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on October 8, 1936. He was the son of Eva (Goode) and Alton Polk. He worked as a Plumber for the San Carlos Tribe. He was also a cowboy and loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Perry was preceded in death by his parents Eva and Alton Polk, and his wife Richenda Polk who passed away in 2008. He is survived by his daughters Adrianne Blackwater of San Carlos, Saraphina Polk of San Carlos, his son Adrian Perry Polk of San Carlos, his foster son Kenneth Irving, Jr. of San Carlos and his sister Rachel Tina Polk of San Carlos. Wake will be on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at the Polk’s Residence on White Mountain Ave. Funeral Services will be at the Grace Lutheran Church in San Carlos at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 3, 2019 Interment will be in the Northgate Cemetery.
