Patsy Nosie Sneezy entered into eternal life April 1, 2023. She was born January 1, 1957- to Paul Nosie
Sr. and Elvera Ward Nosie.
Patsy attended the Globe Unified Schools and graduated from Globe High School. In high school, she
was the Apache Club President, and very popular among her classmates.
Patsy enjoyed an array of sports, such as basketball, volleyball, fast-pitch softball, and running;
moreover, she enjoyed these activities because her siblings and their children were also very involved as
it was a lifestyle for her and her family. Running was her favorite activity as well as a family tradition.
She shared her athletic abilities with her children, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. She was great at
every sport she played but running resonated with her the most. Running was a tool to help strengthen
her – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Running was also a way she taught her children,
nieces, and nephews how to be strong and about life skills. She was a Spirit of the Mountain Runner
protecting Mt. Graham and Oak Flat. She also loved bringing the family together, hosting holiday dinners
and birthday parties. This was a time she loved the most to have the family create memories. One of the
greatest activities she partook in was prayer, she believed in our Lord Jesus Christ, and believed that
prayer helped in any situation, as she would often say “just pray” when it came to giving her family and
friends advice. She also participated in our traditional ceremonies, co-sponsoring in our Sunrise Dance
Ceremonies and Holy Ground Ceremonies.
Her careers were in administrative positions and the healthcare field. She received her Nursing
Assistant/First Responder Certification. This achievement as well as her work history, which began when
she was just 16 years old - were some of the accomplishments that she was extremely proud of. No
matter what position she held in her careers, this gave her the opportunity to serve her community. She
held her community close to her heart.
Patsy was full of life, she loved her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers,
sisters, and her entire family. Her smile and laughter filled the room with light.
She is survived by her husband Monolito (Mono) Sneezy, 3 sons Reppert Cassadore Sr., Marty Cassadore
Sr., and Johnny Cassadore Sr., and daughter Ceceila Sneezy-Hunter, 22 grandchildren, and 7 great-
grandchildren, Her 4 brothers Carlos Nosie Sr., Tommie Nosie Sr, Wendsler Nosie Sr., Vansler Nosie Sr.,
