Patsy Hazel Cothrun

Patsy Hazel Cothrun, age 92, of Globe, Arizona passed away on February 15, 2022 in Reseda, CA. Born January 29, 1930 in Salina, Oklahoma to parents William and Lee Buster. Patsy was a librarian at Miami Inspiration Addition Elementary School K- 6 for 20 years before she retired. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading, music, gardening and loved to square dance. She was very partial to violets, the rain and loved the beautiful season of Fall. She volunteered to work the election board in the Globe-Miami area and she was a lifelong church member of First Baptist Church Lower Miami. There’s no greater place Patsy would rather be than in Oklahoma with her family …. her home sweet home. Some of her greatest pleasures were spending time with her loving husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren but most of all, Patsy loved traveling with her husband, Kenneth.

Survived by her sister, Ella Jane Fuzzell and family of Claremore, OK; daughter, Linda Cathron of Woodland Hills CA; sons, Ronnie Cothrun of Globe, AZ and Jeff (Rhonda) Cothrun of Mesa, AZ; Seven grandchildren, Nicole (Shane) Venables, Ryan (Kami) Cothrun, Justin (Jaleesa) Cothrun, James Cothrun, Lee Cothrun, Matthew Cothrun and Jean Cothrun; Nine Great-Children, Chase Venables, Ashlyn Cothrun, Kali Cothrun , Royal Cothrun, Carter Cothrun, Carson Cothrun, Karlyn Cothrun, Kane Cothrun and Navy Quinn Cothrun.
