Ola Frances Cortez, age 74, passed away on May 4, 2023, at Haven of Saguaro Valley in Tucson, Arizona.
She was born in San Carlos, Arizona on January 15 th , 1949, to Paul and Ola Waterman.
She worked as a Registered Nurse for 25 years at Posada Del Soul Healthcare Center in Tucson, Arizona.
Ola had a big love for sports. She loved watching sports games on the TV as well as playing softball and many other sports during school. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, and playing cards.
She is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Ola Waterman.
She is survived by her brother David Cortez Jr., her sister Veronica Cortez Romero, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 17 th , 2023, from 8:00 AM-10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in San Carlos, Arizona.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in San Carlos, Arizona.
Interment will follow at Upper Peridot Cemetery in San Carlos, Arizona.
