Nina Stapley

Nina Marie Adkins Stapley, age 75, of Globe, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 peacefully at her residence. Born in Manistique, Michigan on November 16, 1946 to parents Charles Walker Adkins and Alma Marie Orman. Nina worked in correctional food service with the Gila-Pinal County jails, and a correctional food service supervisor for the Arizona Department of Corrections in Florence and Globe, Arizona. She also worked as a server and cook at Jerry’s Restaurant which she later worked into a management position. Nina enjoyed reading books, crocheting Christmas ornaments/gifts, and visiting friends at the local restaurants where she could be found daily. Those left to cherish Nina’s memory include; son, William Guy Stapley of Globe, AZ; daughter Leslie Arney and husband Jared of Globe, AZ; brother, Guy Adkins of Michigan; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
