Miguel Sabino Herrera Jr.

Miguel S. “Chapo” Herrera, Jr. passed away peacefully on March 12, 2023. He was born on September 21, 1973 to Miguel A. and Lupe G. Herrera (Garcia) in Globe, Arizona.

He graduated from Globe High School in 1992.

Miguel “Chapo” was very much loved by everyone. He knew many people in the Globe community, as he worked many varied jobs in the area.

He loved spending time with family and friends, listening to music, cooking, he was a huge Phoenix Suns fan and a diehard Arizona Cardinals fan! Chapo lived his life to the fullest and will be dearly missed by all.

He is preceded in death by his mother Lupe G. Herrera; his paternal grandparents Miguel and Monica Herrera; and his maternal grandparents Felipe Garcia and Frances Morales.

He leaves behind his son Joseph; his father Miguel H. Herrera of Globe; his sisters Vivian Herrera of Globe and Veronica Tarango (Patrick); his nephews Christopher Herrera and Patrick Tarango, Jr.; his niece Analycia Tarango; and his great niece Azalea Herrera.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Globe, Arizona.

Interment will follow at Globe Cemetery in Globe, Arizona and a Luncheon will follow at the I.B.E.W., in Globe, Arizona.
