He was born in San Carlos on October 13, 1979

Son of Marvin Victor Sr. and Theresa Palmer.

He worked as a Forester for BIA Forestry

Marvin enjoyed playing basketball, running and most of all spending time with his children.

Marvin Victor Jr. is survived by his parents; Marvin Victor Sr. and Theresa Palmer, his wife; Terri Lynn Whitemagpie, his children; Mileena Victor and Marvin Victor III, his brothers and sisters; Claudine Sehongva, Terrill Hopkins Jr., Patrick Victor, Patricia Victor, Ruth Nash, Marvis Victor, Marlin Victor, and Marla Victor.
