Marjorie Enriquez

Marjorie Ewing Enriquez passed away peacefully at her home on November 21, 2022.

Marjorie Ewing Enriquez was the wife of the late Henry Enriquez and the much beloved mother of Charles Victor, Jr., La Verna Kniffin, McBryan Astor, Ricardo, Margarita, Veronica, Monica, and Zelda Enriquez.

She was Grandmother to 32 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Marjorie lived a full life as a wonderful mother and homemaker. She made cradle-boards and hand-sewn quilts. She enjoyed long drives, listening to Apache music, sharing stories of when she was a child, and talking about the things she'd been through and places she'd been. Her daily prayers included naming everyone in her family, all the way down to the great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her brothers Larry, Max, and Zell Ewing; her sisters Helen Ewing, Eugina Allen, Mable Ewing, Bertha Patterson, Sally Dosela, and Sandra Belvado; and her daughter Esther Marie Astor.

She will be terribly missed.
