Leroy Polk Jr.

Leroy Polk Jr., age 45 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on August 18, 2020 at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on October 31, 1974. He was the son of Cecelia (Johnson) and Leroy J. Polk Sr.. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Matlock Gas. Leroy enjoyed hunting, fishing his guns and being outside. He was preceded in death by his parents Cecelia and Leroy J. Polk Sr. Leroy is survived by his children William H. Polk of Sells, Arizona, Joseph R. Polk of San Carlos, Arizona, Ricardo L. Polk of Mendota, California, Isaiah Polk of San Carlos, Arizona, his siblings Lupita James of San Carlos, Consuela Gooday of San Carlos, Stefanie Dillon of San Carlos, Ramon Polk of Mesa, Chris McIntosh of San Carlos and five grandchildren. Visitation will be on Saturday August 29, 2020 from 8:00 – 9:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Arizona. Graveside services will follow at 10:00 A.M. in Elgo Dam Cemetery.
