Leander Kenton

Leander Kenton, age 65, passed away on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023, at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona.

He was born in San Carlos on March 30 ^th , 1958, to Joseph Kenton and Vivian Sneezy. Leander worked as a Seasonal Firefighter for the BIA Forestry and was a security guard for the old Lake Store in San Carlos. He enjoyed rodeos, baseball, walking and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Vivian Kenton, and his daughter Terria Butler. He is survived by his son Lealand Kenton and Kirk Butler, his daughter Donna Butler, his sisters Carmelita, Stella, and Leona Kenton, Jocelyn Harney, Joann Early, and his 2 grandchildren.

Wake will be held on Saturday, April 29 ^th , 2023, at 4:00 PM at the Kenton Residence in Peridot, Arizona.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, April 30 ^th , 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Michael Noline Activity Center in Peridot, Arizona.

Interment will follow at Six Mile Cemetery in Peridot, Arizona.
