Lawrence "Larry" Mcclendon

LAWRENCE " LARRY' McCLENDON,  AGE 85, OF GLOBE, PASSED AWAY TUESDAY, JUNE 18, 2019 AT HIS RESIDENCE.  Lawrence Allen McClendon, was born in Pine, Arizona on July 16, 1933 in a log cabin. He grew up in Mesa, Arizona and was drafted into the Army where he served in the Korean War. Later he worked for Mountain Bell and married Loretta Fern Robberson in Coolidge, Arizona. They moved to Globe in 1970 and never left. Lawrence loved everyone he ever met and no one was a stranger to him. Everyone was his friend. He is loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 2019 AT 3:00 PM AT THE LDS STAKE CENTER IN GLOBE. BURIAL WILL BE PRIVATE.
