Larry Joseph Brown

Larry Joseph Brown, age 72, of Peridot, AZ passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024, at Chandler Regional Medical Center, in Chandler, Arizona. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona, the son of Ira Lawrence Brown and Violet Jean (Astor) Brown. He was a member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe from the Dis’Cheen Clan and Red Painted People. He was self-employed, very talented creating and working on Traditional Apache Buckskin Dresses and Unique Beadwork. Larry is survived by his daughter Amber Oldhorn, Ashlee Jacobsen, November Abrahamson, Summer Baldwin, Sarah M. Fanman and Isabel Whitehair, his sisters Andrina Anderson and Esther Trotter, his brother Steve Bohay, Brother-in-law Andy Trotter, His nephews Gilbert, Gabriel, Michael, Dennison, William, Isaac and David, Jr., his nieces Esther, Michelle and Nanna and his grandsons Dennison Jr., Joseph and Jayce his granddaughters Violet, Alina, Tavian, Raena and Lara. He is preceded in death by his parents Ira and Violet Brown, his brothers David Brown, Sr. and Henry Brown. Visitation will be held at 7:00AM on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Michael Noline Activity Center in Peridot, Arizona with the Funeral Service following at 9:00AM. Burial will follow at Lower Peridot Cemetery-Six Mile.
