Lanford Allen

Lanford Allen, age 66, of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Heritage Healthcare Center in Globe, Arizona. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on September 12, 1954. He was the son of Ferris Allen and Eugenia (Ewing) Allen. He attended San Carlos Jr. High in San Carlos. Lanford worked as a Laborer with Whiteriver Sawmill as well as a Security Guard. Lanford loved to tell stories to his family and friends, he enjoyed listening to music; he was very musically inclined with all string instruments and had many other hobbies. Lanford loved to travel and enjoyed the company of his relatives and friends. He always tried to be giving and helpful where ever he could.

Lanford is preceded in death by his wife Marina (Gregg) Allen who passed in 2019 along with his parents Ferris and Eugenia Allen.

He is survived by his children Maria Hunter and Isiah Allen, along with his siblings Linda Green, Thomas Allen and Norbert Allen.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Arizona.

Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel.

Interment will be held at San Carlos Cemetery in San Carlos, Arizona.
