Katherine Carrillo

Katherine (Kathy) Carrillo, 69 Passed away in her home with her loving family by her side on April 21, 2021 in Miami, Arizona. Kathy lived graciously and courageously with breast cancer from 2017 to the very end. Kathy was born April 18, 1952 and raised in Miami, Az. She was a loving daughter, mother, wife, sister, nina, cousin, and friend. Her favorite color was purple, favorite Mexican singer Ana Gabriel, favorite Mexican song “Volver, Volver”. She loved life, loved to dance, and take pictures. She loved to shop, go eat and spend time with all her family, especially at her brother and sister’s house. To her family she was known to make the best green chile ever. Though she didn’t have children of her own to raise she was a mother figure to many. Kathy was a very strong woman and would always give a helping hand to anyone she met. Kathy is survived by her brothers Tony (JR.) Carrillo and Jimmy Carrillo; Sister Michaela (Mickey) Cote. She was very much loved by all her nieces and nephews. We will all truly miss her beautiful presence, radiant smile, and contagious laughter. Thank you for giving us all so many memories. Rest in peace We love you and will truly miss you. Rosary will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 9:30 A.M at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Miami, Arizona. Memorial Mass will follow at the church at 10:00 A.M.
