Karson Lee Johnson, age 44, of Peridot, Arizona, passed away on November 3, 2018 at Banner Baywood Hospital in Mesa, Arizona. He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on June 26, 1974. He was the son of Alberta (Kenton) and Delbert Johnson. He attended the Rice school in San Carlos, graduated from East Fork High School in Whiteriver and attended Central Arizona College. He worked for the Department of Corrections in San Carlos and was employed in several positions at Apache Gold Casino before he joined the Maintenance Department. Karson was preceded in death by his parents Alberta and Delbert Johnson. He is survived by his biological father, Gary Rogers, Sr., his children Reuben Kee of Holbrook, Arizona, Kira and Kari Johnson of Peridot, Arizona, his sisters Jessica Smith, Denera Rogers, Corrine Bullis, Janice Kindelay, Pearl Almanzar, his brothers Mark Belvado, Gary Rogers, Jr., Michael Rogers Sr., William Rogers and two grandchildren. Wake will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at the Johnson’s residence on Peridot Siding Road. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at the Grace Lutheran Church in San Carlos. Interment will be in the Lower Peridot-Six Mile Cemetery.
