JOYCE O. SHIGLEY

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my Grandmother Joyce Shigley (Mema) a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, who left us peacefully on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the age of 83. Joyce was a woman whose life was a testament to love and strength. She had an innate ability to make everyone feel welcome, and her home was always a gathering place for family and friends.

Her roots were deep in Arkansas, and she carried the warmth, kindness, and resilience of her heritage throughout her life. She loved cooking family meals, tending to her garden, and sharing stories of her childhood, often passing on the traditions that have been handed down for generations.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom will forever cherish the memories of her love and wisdom.

Joyce’s legacy of love, faith, and family will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
