Josiah Jay Johnson

Josiah jay johnson, age 49, of peridot, passed away wednesday, january 5, 2022, at a residence in san carlos. Born july 2, 1972 to jay r. Johnson sr. And matilda benally in san carlos, arizona.

In previous years, he had worked with the whiteriver unified school district as a coaches assistant in whiteriver , az. He was a trained auto mechanic, but most recently had been a medical transport driver. He enjoyed speding time with his family and children, talking with friends and watching hunting shows, basketball, baseball and football on television. His true passion was repairing vehicles for family and friends (wish he usually did free of charge).

Josiah will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

Proceeded in death by his wife, hollye quesada johnson.

Survived by his children, jordye johnson of peridot, az, and jayesiah johnson of whiteriver, az; siblings, sean johnson of lakeside, az, jay johnson, jayne johnson, and jacoby johnson all of peridot, az; father, jay r. Johnson sr. And mother, matilda benally johnson both of peridot, az; also survived by 5 grandchildren.
