Johnny Casey III age 28 of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Honors Health Hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was born in Show Low, Arizona on February 14, 1990. He was the son of Debra Fields and Johnny Casey Jr. He worked in construction as a laborer. He was preceded in death by his parents Debra Fields and Johnny Casey Jr. Johnny is survived by his wife Susie Lynn Cosen of San Carlos, his daughter Laisha Lee Casey of San Carlos, his sisters Melody Casey of San Carlos, Krystal Casey of San Carlos, Candie Casey of San Carlos, and his brother Gerrick Fields of San Carlos. Wake will be on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at the Casey’s residence. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the San Carlos Miracle Church. Interment will be at San Carlos Cemetery. Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe
