John Andrew Smith

John Andrew Smith, age 42, of Phoenix Arizona passed away on July 14, 2023, at San Carlos, Apache Healthcare Center in Peridot, Arizona He was born on August 15, 1980, in Phoenix, Arizona to David Wayne Smith and Judy Ann Mull.

John enjoyed fishing, shooting horseshoes watching, almost all sports, and he played in a youth basketball group.

He is survived by his mom, Judy Mull, his dad, David Smith, sister, Robin, bread, brothers, Josiah Smith, and Joseph Smith.
He is proceeded in death by his brother Jacob Smith.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 23rd, 2023, from 6:00 - 10:00 A.M. at Burdette Hall in San Carlos, Arizona.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 23rd, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Burdette Hall in San Carlos, Arizona.

Interment will follow at Lower Peridot Six Mile Cemetery in Peridot, Arizona.
