Joana Lee Hulsey-Barrett

Joana Lee Hulsey Barrett, age 57 of Globe, Arizona, passed away on Thursday, June 1st, 2023, at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 31st, 1965, to John and Laura Crump.

Joana attended Deer Valley High School and was a volunteered member for the Vacation Bible School later in her life. She was an active member of the Wheatfields Southern Baptist Church and was a big part of the Gem and Mineral Society Rock Collector.

She enjoyed gardening, crafts, going to garage sales and her dogs.

Joana is survived by her husband James Barrett, her mom Laura Crump, her children Katie Thomas of San Tan Valley, and Brooke Mickelson of Phoenix. She is preceded in death by her father John Crump.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 10th, 2023, at 12:00 PM at the Wheatfields Southern Baptist Church.
