James was born in Miami, Arizona at Miami Inspiration Hospital to Wilbert and Virginia Clark. He left behind three loving siblings John Clark, Linda Powell and Jennifer DuFriend. He was preceded in death by his mom, dad and sister Jessie Kuehneman. James went to Globe high School and also attended Chef School in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working as a chef most of his life. A well-known cook at Judy’s Cook House and Jerry’s and ending with his own restaurant at the old Apache land, now known as China Taste. Although James has moved on, he will be missed my many. Services will be held private by the family as he requested.
