Gabriel A. Acosta

On August 13, 2021 Gabriel Anthony Acosta passed away in Globe, AZ. Gabriel was 56 years old.

Gabriel is survived by his mother and stepfather Virgina and Tony Mirro of Globe, his sons Zachary Acosta (Sheena) of Globe, Joseph Acosta of Claypool, and his daughter Tierra Acosta of Globe; his siblings Steven Acosta of Phoenix, and Yvette Acosta of Claypool; three Grandchildren Noah, Alexander, and Ariya Acosta, and his dog Roman.

He was preceded in death by his father Johnny Acosta.

Gabriel was born August 1, 1965 in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Miami High School in 1983, and went on to work on helicopters. Gabriel enjoyed cooking, camping, hunting, fishing, swimming, road trips, and cruising through nature. He loved to do all of these things with his family by his side. Gabriel will be deeply missed.

A Public Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel.

Private Rosary will follow at – 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Miami, AZ

Private Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30 A.M. at the church.

Interment of Ashes will be held privately.
