Fred unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Holbrook, Arizona. Fred was born on August 12, 1990. Fred is survived by mother Lawynn Hudson. His aunts; Peggy Ann Bullis, Evelyn Fred Paxson (Travis Paxson), and Betty Ann Dosela. His son's Michaelson Hill and Frederick Lee Bullis Jr. Fred had many uncles, aunts, cousins, extended friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Andrita Bullis and his father Darin Victor. Fred attended school at San Carlos Elementary School as a young boy and went on to Theodore Roosevelt School and was promoted from 8th grade. Fred later received his high school diploma from San Carlos High School. Fred was raised by his late grandmother from birth until grandmother passed. Fred referred to his grandmother as mom. When Fred reached 18 yrs old, he would always continue to check on his grandmother and make sure she was doing well. During his later years, Fred moved to Whiteriver, Arizona and loved living there with his aunt Evelyn Paxson and her family @ Jurassic Park. He loved going to church with Travis and Evelyn, he paid his tithes, he cleaned peoples’ yard, he also played with his nieces, he loved to make wood, and he loved to chop wood, most of all he loved looking for antlers. He would always find the biggest one. Fred also enjoyed skateboarding and made many friends, and enjoyed snowboarding and outdoors. Fred was a character and will truly be missed and remembered by many people. His wake will be Friday September 28,2018 at 4:00 pm the Rachel Thompson residence on White  Mt. Ave at three Tanks. Services will be at 9:30am Saturday  at the San Carlos Miracle Church with interment to follow at the Victor Family Cemetery in Cutter. Services with Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
