Ethelena Allen

Ethelena Allen, age 72, of San Carlos, Arizona passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Apache Junction Healthcare Center, in Apache Junction, Arizona.

She was born in Safford, Arizona, the daughter of Jerome Wiley and Lily (Steele) Wiley.

Ethelena was a homemaker, a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother.  She enjoyed taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren, and having family outings.  Ehelena liked to listen to music, Oldies were her favorite and was a fan of Elvis Presley and his music.. She was an avid reader, loved to cook and keep house. Ethelena was good at lending a hand to help others.

She is survived by her children Wilson Lee and Andrea Allen, her siblings Arlene Wiley, Darlene Wiley, Deborah Pechuli, Larry Wiley, Sr., Gary Wiley and Lorena Denver, and her eight (8) Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Delbert Allen, her daughter Anna Allen, her parents Jerome Wiley, Sr. and Lily Wiley, her brother Jerome Wiley, Jr. and two grandchildren Ethan and Louis Harvey.

A Wake will be held at 4:00PM on Friday, September 27th, 2024, at the Allen Residence-Route 6 in San Carlos, Arizona.

Funeral Service will begin at 10:00AM on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, at the Gilson Wash Activity Center in Peridot, Arizona.

Burial will follow at the San Carlos Cemetery- Mormon Hill .
