Eleanor Gregovich

Eleanor JoAnn Gregovich, age 89 of Claypool, Arizona passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019                   at Heritage Health Care Center in Globe, Arizona. She was born in Lodi, California on March 19, 1929. She was the daughter of Frances (Trojanovich) and Huso Festich. She was a homemaker. Eleanor married John Gregovich on June 2, 1956. She was one of the first graduates of Xavier Prep High School in 1947. She was one of 12 girls who graduated. Eleanor was a wife and mother. She had four step grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren. She always put her family first. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite celebration was their Christmas Eve Party. She was preceded in death by her parents Frances and Huso Festich, her husband John Gregovich in 1991 and her daughter Carolyn “Bo” Turpin in 2018. She is survived by her daughter Franceen Gregovich-Benton (Ben), her son in law Jim Turpin. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Miami, Arizona. Followed by rosary at 10:30 A.M. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church.
