January 9, 1943 — April 4, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Edward (Ed) Haynes announces his passing in Globe Arizona on Saturday, April 4, 2020. Ed moved to Arizona with his family at a very young age and grew up in Phoenix, He worked in Civil Services for many years before he started driving semi-trucks for various companies in Arizona. Actually kids in general is what put the sparkle in his eyes, that made him so well known for being the best Santa Claus. He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his daughter Gloria Smith of Casa Grande, AZ, his son Brett Tober of Globe, AZ (Diane), his sister; Linda Haynes of Phoenix, AZ, brothers-in-law Terry Frye and Randy Frank, sister-in-law Nadine Swap all in Seattle, Washington.
