Debra (Debbie) Lynn Overholt

Mrs. Debra “Debbie” Lynn Overholt (Minor) died peacefully surrounded by family on June 20th, 2024, Roosevelt, AZ at the age of 68. Debbie is survived by her husband, Kenny Overholt of Roosevelt, AZ, Children; Cari Bilbie of Show Low, AZ; Jennifer Basler of Colorado Springs, CO; Elisia Penrod of Juneau, AK; and Scott Overholt of Globe, AZ; Sibling, Alden Dale Minor of Holbrook, AZ; and 8 grandchildren and 1 great- grandchild. She is preceded in death by her mother, Agnus Ellane Buckles and Father Elmer Alden Minor.

Debbie was born on September 30th, 1955, in Jacksonville, FL to Elmer “Buddy” and Agnus Minor. She attended High School in Snowflake, AZ. She married Kenny on April 28th, 1991, in Show Low, AZ. Debbie primarily worked as a legal secretary until her retirement in 2020.

Her children remember her as a fun, loving, and witty mother who loved generously and provided unlimited encouragement throughout the years. Debbie was passionate about her grandchildren, gardening, spending time outdoors, and crafting. She had a sweet tooth with a fondness for chocolate.

A memorial service will be held on October 19th, 2024, at 4 pm at the Roosevelt Baptist Church.
