David Bruce Kivett

David Bruce Kivett was born on Saturday, January 25, 1958, to Wes and Marilyn Kivett in California. He was the oldest of six children in a large and loving family. He worked as a mechanic at T.I.C. (The Industrial Company) for 35 years. He could fix anything and enjoyed teaching anyone who wanted to learn how to do the same. Dave enjoyed many things in life, traveling, camping, shooting guns and bows, riding motorcycles, four-wheeling, and Jeeps. He liked fishing and being out on the water with his toys. He was a fan of NASCAR, or any other kind of race. He enjoyed helping and meeting people, music, singing, and gathering for the Holidays. But some things in life Dave loved. Like the kitties, spending time with family and friends, his grandbabies, and being married to his wife, Tracy. Tracy says, “We were married for 34 years, and still liked each other. Dave was a big guy with a huge heart He was a teddy bear who gave the best hugs. Our daughter Krystal had him wrapped around her little finger from the day she was born. I showed him online shopping and got him hooked on Amazon, which might have been a mistake LOL. He will be missed by many people. He was my best friend. Rest in peace, Big Guy.
