Cynthia Susan Ybarra

Cynthia S. Ybarra aka “Shoo-Shoo” was born on July 28th, 1972, to Samuel Ybarra and Janice Polk in San Carlos, Arizona. Shoo attended St. Charles Catholic School and Rice Junior High School up to her 8th grade year. She also attended Kicking Horse Job Corps in Montana where she completed the Culinary Arts Program. When San Carlos Technical Institute opened, she enrolled and completed the program with a certificate in Heavy Equipment Maintenance. In 2021, she was also certified as an ATTSSA Flagger. She loved Reggae music, and showing off her moves when she could. She had many friends all over the state of Arizona. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. Shoo would do anything to be there for them when in need. She will truly be missed by her family and many friends. Cynthia is survived by her children; Nadine Ybarra, Ramon Ybarra, Martina Reede, Martine Reede, and Max “Sonny” Salter. Her 6 grandchildren, and one great- grandchild. Sister; Angela Bendle and her mother Janice Polk, Robert Howard Sr., and many nieces and nephews and extended family. Visitation will be held from 6:00 AM- 10:00 AM on July 26th, 2023, at the Assembly of God Church in San Carlos, Arizona. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on July 26th, 2023, at the Assembly of God Church in San Carlos, Arizona. Interment will follow at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, Arizona.
