Son of Cecil Sign and Juana Sign (Lockwood).
He worked as a Security Officer at the Apache Gold Casino.
He enjoyed fishing, drag racing, and Phoenix Suns basketball.
Cecil is preceded in death by two of his children: Cecil Sign, III and Stephanie Smith.
He is survived by his children Loren Miguel, Ershall Sign (Terah), Bonita Medina (Matthew), Kimberly Goseyun (John Sr.), Jackie Sign; and by his siblings Robert Sign, Sr., Delores Jackson, Cecilia Fransisco, Elva Clark and Wanda Sign.
