Bernard Stanley

Bernard L. Stanley, age 73, of San Carlos, Arizona, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Haven of Globe Nursing Home, in Globe, Arizona.  He was born in Bylas, Arizona, on November 30, 1950, the son of Wilson Stanley, Sr. and Ollie (Standing) Stanley.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, he was a very caring and loving person. He loved to give advice and was very protective of his family. “We are family with more women than men” he would say. He would make sure that we were well taken care of and being respectful. Bernard was a cowboy, he liked being at the ranch, liked to travel and attended Sunrise dances.  He loved to cook and baked the best apple pies and biscuits. He also enjoyed playing horse shoes with family and friends.

He is survived by his siblings Ophelia Stanley Curley, Naomi Hunter and Marian Rambler.

He is preceded in death by his parents Wilson and Ollie Stanley, Sr.

Visitation will be held from 8:00AM – 10:00AM on Friday, November 15th, 2024, at the Assembly of God Church in Bylas, Arizona.

Funeral Service will follow at 10:00AM and the Burial will follow at the Middle Mesa Cemetery in Bylas, Arizona.

Interment will follow at Middle Mesa Cemetery in Bylas, Arizona.
