He was born in San Carlos, Arizona on June 21, 1949.
He was the son of George Dewey and Fannie (Fish) Dewey.
Arrowood is survived by his daughter Becky Dewey, and his siblings Ferris Clark and Gloria Dewey.
He was a simple man who enjoyed spending time with his friends. He will be missed.
