She was born in San Carlos, Arizona on April 14, 1940.
Daughter of Lee and Beulah (Buck) Harney
Alvina worked as a Business Manager in the Hospitality industry.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lee and Beulah (Buck) Harney, and her husband Harvey Whitty.
Alvina is survived by her children; Christina Vargas, Charles Vargas, Raymond Haney, and Michael Haney, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
