Alicia "Alice" Wynne Henio

Alicia Wynne Henio (Jones) age 42 of Globe Arizona. Entered eternal life on February 7th, 2022 in Peridot Arizona. Born May 8th, 1980 in San Carlos Arizona. Daughter of the late Arlene Hand Jones and Martin J Jones Sr.

Alice worked as a Librarian at Copper Rim Elementary for the past 8 years. Reading was her passion. She attended San Carlos High School and graduated in 1998. She then went on to earn AA degree from Eastern Arizona College in 2012 with the highest honors. Alice had a great love for sports particularly basketball where she excelled at San Carlos High School and various basketball tournaments including NABI and Indigenous Olympics. Alice also enjoyed supporting all her favorite sports teams such as the Globe Tigers, San Carlos Braves, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks and all Arizona State University teams. Alice was a joy to be around, she truly had a heart of gold and an amazing sense of humor. She enjoyed her life and doing the things that made her happy. She held a deep love for her family and friends. She was blessed with three beautiful Daughters and two amazing Grandchildren who will miss her dearly.

Alice is preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents Martin K Jones Sr (Manchoo), and Winnie Chinn Jones (Lady choo). Maternal Grandparents Floyd Hand Sr, and Marion White Cow Killer. Father Martin J Jones Sr and Mother Arlene Hand Jones. Brother Jason K Jones. Dog Charlie and Cat Pauly.

Alice is survived by Husband Patrick Henio. Daughters Cedar Williams (Alex), Amber Williams (Nick) and Madison Henio. Brothers Donnie Jones (Shelley), Martin J Jones Jr (Jessie), Grant Jones and God Brother John Nosie (Clara). Sisters Lisa Jones (Hiram), and Alyx Jones. Nephews Wanbli Hand, D’Angelo Jones, and Jayden Charles. Nieces Alice Juan (Terrick), Desiree Jones, Pearl Janis and Hope Dillon. Grandchildren Camila Grace Guardado, Wynter Rose Cassa and Kaique and Kenzo Juan.

Visitation and Prayer service to be held on Monday February 14 th 2022 at 10:00 am, Lamont Mortuary in Globe Arizona. Family suggests a monetary donation be made to a fund in Alice’s name for Copper Rim Elementary Library.
